-50,000 Update: 248.90 Seconds Down, 44,701.54 To Go

The BB and lower meet in the Colony was successful for our Sigma swimmers this past weekend. Our locations showed outstanding time improvements and we dropped a total of 248.90 seconds. Way to go Sigma swimmers, keep training.


  • Cade Bomer had a great meet even though he had a severe ear infection! He dropped a total 14.56 seconds from events he swam only 6 weeks ago!! He also achieved a B time in the 200 Free.

  • Dylan Bomer also had a great meet! He dropped a total of 11.52 seconds in events he swam 6 weeks ago! He achieved a BB time in the 100 Free! Awesome Job Guys!!!!


Overall, the team did an amazing job!

  • Kharma Carnegie had an excellent meet. She came out with her first B time in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 1:27.06. She also rocked her 50 Backstroke dropping time to achieve 46.30. Way to go Kharma! Keep up the good work!

  • Congrats to Neah Plain she had an awesome first USA swim meet. She swam her heart out in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke and accomplished excellent baseline times to begin her swimming journey. Excellent Job Neah!

  • Taylor McGee had a great meet! Swimming the 100 IM for the first time and accomplishing a great time! She also went on to drop time in her 100 Free with a time of 1:16.79, 100 Breast with a time of 1:55.58, 50 Back with a time of 40.51, and the 50 Free with a time of 34.49. Good job Taylor and way to swim fast!

  • Madison Cornelius did amazing at the meet this weekend. She dropped time in her 100 Free with a time of 1: 57.26. She also dominated the 100 Back and 50 Free receiving great baseline times! Good job Madison!

Fort Worth East

  • Jacob Guerrero - 22.63 total seconds; 100IM looked phenomenal, really building strength in all four events.

  • Joel Teer - 2.27 total seconds; 50 free getting stronger, tucking into turns quicker.

  • Callen Bomer - 2.19 total seconds; first time competing in 100free and was super successful, continued stamina all the way through and finished strong.

Fort Worth North

  • Cameron Andrews dropped .89 seconds in her 200 breast. What a well-earned time as Cameron just swam the 200 breast the weekend before dropping 14.03.

  • Dane Bentson dropped a total of 6.7 seconds between his 100 free and the 200 IM. And impressive 5.22 seconds was dropped from the 200 IM alone.

  • Lilly McKee dropped a total of 17.26 seconds with 10.58 of it from her 200 IM. Lilly was determined and very focused at this meet and her "I can do it" spirit really paid off.

  • Carter Robinson dropped a total of 1.11 seconds from his 50 breast nailing the BB times standard for 11-12-year-old boys.

  • Griffin Schroeder dropped a total of 4.18 seconds between his 100 fly, 100 back and 50 free. Nice improvement Griffin!

  • Soren Bentson's time drop totaled 7.02 seconds with his drops in the high three second range in both the 100 free and 50 fly!

  • Katie Cox dropped in both her 50 free in 50 breast with 0,3 seconds. With this drop she earned her B time in her 50 breast.

  • Blaine Hamby dropped a total of 16.39 seconds from his 100 free and 100 breast. Wonderful improvement Blaine!

  • Lilly Hamby is not far behind brother. She was able to shave 8.64 seconds from her 100 free and 2.89 from her 50 fly totaling 11.53 seconds.

  • Liam Johnston dropped 0.05 seconds in his 100 free

  • Stephanie Bailey had an incredible meet with a total time drop of 17.07 seconds. Highlights are a 3.11 time drop in her 50 fly and a 5.33 drop in her 100 IM. At just 8 Stephanie has caught the swimming bug!

  • Anders Bentson dropped .40 in his 50 back. Love to see the improvement!

  • Landen Lamb dropped a nice 1.67 in his 50 free. Landen focused and got the job done-- nice work!

  • Cole Cox not only dropped a total of 6.11 seconds across thee events he met the BB time standard for his 100 free! Wow Cole, keep up the hard work!

  • Daniel Lampert had an amazing meet dropping a total of 15.58 seconds between three events with her biggest time drop from her 100 free and 100 breast. Way to swim it Daniel!

  • Gianna Schreoder dropped a total of 1.79 seconds across two events earning a B time standard in the 50 breast. Way to go Gianna!
