Your Swimmer's Health Begins OUTSIDE The Pool

We often talk about what is happening IN the water. But what we know is that there are many aspects to development that occur OUT of the water. Flexibility, strength, and conditioning OUT of the water play a role in a swimmer's feel, control, and mastery IN the water.
One of our resolutions for 2018 is to minimize injuries in the water by introducing prevention out of the water. We want to see our swimmers with healthy shoulders, spines, joints, and muscles. We want to see our swimmers accomplishing more in the water. That's why we've created out own flexibility, strength, and conditioning program.
Sigma Swimming's Flexibility, Strength, and Conditioning Program helps swimmers of all ages and ability levels through age- and developmentally- appropriate exercises. With our program, your child will become more well-rounded in his or her physical fitness. And since it was designed by and for swimmers, your child's swimming will improve as well.
