Fact of the week: Many swimmers love learning backstroke because they do not have to focus so much on breathing (freestyle). While swimmers need to build their confidence with being on their back, not having to focus on their breathing or breathing patterns allows them to more easily focus backstroke skills.

How does my child move up? Come to every swim class, bring your progress report, earn those stickers, and ask your child's instructor or location's deck manager if you have questions.
