Happy Friday Adult Swim Schoolers,

We hope you can enjoy this from the comfort of a warm and safe place far from the roads. We like to provide you with some weekly general info/education that is related to your Sigma adult swim experience. Here's this week's:

Fact of the week: Being able to roll from your stomach to your back opens up the ability to rest and breathe when you get tired from swimming. Being able to roll from your back to your stomach then helps you return to swimming. Each rolling skill is equally important to possess in your learn-to-swim journey.

How do I move up? Attend as many of your classes as possible, communicate with your instructor on your struggles, goals, and where you're at in our curriculum. We also have many adults who purchase a gym membership to 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness while they are taking lessons so they can practice 2-3 times between classes.
