Stuff to Start Your Adult Beginner Swim Lessons

Happy Spring Adult Swim Schoolers!

We're so glad you've chosen us for your swim journey. This week, we continue our Adult Beginner journey for our many adults who have chosen to learn or improve their swimming:

Fact of the week: It doesn't take much equipment to start learning how to swim. A swim suit is the only absolute must. Many adults like to learn with goggles and swim caps (for those with delicate and longer hair). The first level of our adult swim school is COMFORT and that's what we want you to feel. So wear what makes you feel comfortable!

How do I move up? Attend as many of your classes as possible, communicate with your instructor on your struggles, goals, and where you're at in our curriculum. We also have many adults who purchase a gym membership to 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness while they are taking lessons so they can practice 2-3 times between classes.

Practice, practice, practice!
